How does it get to the recipient?
Simply add in their details in the shipping area at checkout including their email address (if you’d like them to receive tracking information). -

When will my order ship?
Your first order ships today, then on Tuesdays ongoing. -
When will I be charged?
Now, at checkout. At the end of the subscription (13 deliveries) you will NOTÂ be charged again. -
What does Free Shipping include?
This product qualifies for free standard shipping with USPS. -
What size are the bags?
Bags are 250g. For 500g & 1KG options, you’ll get 2-4x 250g of the same coffee. Mixes of coffee categories aren’t available, sorry! -
Will I get the same coffee twice?
Possibly, we rotate through our Wild, Curious, Mild coffees every two weeks. Fortnightly we will send out a new coffee from a different category. -
Can I cancel or get a refund on Gift Subscriptions?
No, Gift Subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded -
