Mexico, Mountain Water Decaf
This Mexican arabica coffee comes from the BERILO Cooperative in Motozintla de Mendoza, a ‘Social Solidarity Society’ which works to improve social and environmental conditions in one of the least developed areas of Mexico. The farm consists of 501 members who work together on the farm of 935 hectares to produce a decaffeinated coffee of a superb quality that has recently achieved Fair Trade and Organic status.
Gently washed with natural mountain water to maintain the coffee beans’ distinct taste quality, while also effectively removing 99.9% of caffeine.
